This Action Is Irreversible
Once you delete your ETC Cloud Miner account:
- All mining data, earnings history, and transaction records will be permanently erased
- Any pending withdrawals will be cancelled
- Your email cannot be reused for 30 days
- You will lose access to all mining contracts and accumulated ETC earnings
- Classic goodbye. Very final.
What Gets Deleted
Personal Information
Name, email address, and all account profile data will be permanently removed.
Mining History
All mining records, shares, uptime statistics, and performance data will be erased.
Transaction Records
Withdrawal history and all transaction logs will be permanently deleted.
Wallet Information
Saved wallet addresses and withdrawal preferences will be removed.
Retained (Legal Obligations)
For legal and regulatory compliance, we are required to retain certain information even after account deletion:
- Transaction Records: Financial transaction logs are retained for 7 years for tax and anti-fraud purposes (anonymized where possible).
- Security Logs: IP addresses and security audit logs are retained for 12 months to prevent future fraudulent activities.
- Support Tickets: Previous support communications are retained for 3 years for quality assurance.
All retained data is anonymized or pseudonymized where legally permissible and cannot be used to reactivate your account.
Before You Delete
- Withdraw any remaining balance (minimum 10 ETC)
- Cancel any active mining contracts
- Save your transaction history for tax purposes (download available on request)
- Remove any API keys or connected services
- Say goodbye to your ETC friends ⧫
