By accessing or using ETC Miner's cloud mining services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

ETC Miner provides cloud-based Ethereum Classic mining services. Users can purchase mining contracts that allocate a specific amount of hashing power from our mining facilities.

Our service includes:

• Provision of cloud-based mining power – Hash power allocated to your account
• Maintenance and operation of mining equipment – We handle all hardware
• Daily payout of mining rewards – Subject to minimum thresholds
• Dashboard for monitoring mining performance – Real-time stats

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency mining is prohibited
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

While ETC Miner does not collect personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy, we may require:

• A valid email address – For communication purposes
• An Ethereum Classic wallet address – For receiving mining rewards
• Other necessary information – To provide our services securely

Mining contracts are subject to the following terms:

• Contracts have specified durations and hashing power
• Mining rewards fluctuate – Based on Ethereum Classic network difficulty and market conditions
• Maintenance fees may apply – Will be clearly disclosed
• Contracts are non-transferable

All payments for mining contracts are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with prior notice to users.

Mining rewards are distributed according to the following:

• Payouts occur daily – For balances above the minimum threshold
• Minimum payout threshold – 10 ETC
• Network transaction fees – Deducted from the payout amount
• Users are responsible – For providing correct wallet addresses

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Mining may be interrupted due to:

• Maintenance and upgrades
• Hardware failures
• Network issues
• Force majeure events

Cryptocurrency mining involves significant risks, including:

Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only invest what you can afford to lose.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not engage in fraudulent or malicious activities

All ETC Miner software, logos, and content are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

ETC Miner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Service interruptions
• Changes in Ethereum Classic value
• Technical failures
• User errors in providing wallet addresses

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for users who violate these Terms. Upon termination, outstanding balances above the minimum threshold will be paid out.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where ETC Miner is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
